If you are having problems with one of our products or think you've found a bug:

• Read our FAQ for answers to some commonly asked questions. You may find the issue has already been raised.
• Check our Downloads page. This contains the latest release of all our software. If you have come across a known bug, downloading the latest version of the software will cure the problem.
• Consider joining our mailing list. An email to the list outlining your problem may provide the answer you're looking for. To subscribe, send a message to spot-subscribe@yahoogroups.com or visit www.yahoogroups.com/group/spot.

If none of these solutions helps, feel free to email your problem to us. Please try to provide the following information:

• the version of Spot you are running (this can be found under Help, About)
• the operating system you are using
• a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing
• a description of the PC you are using (processor type, RAM, etc.) and the hardware (in particular, the graphics card and any video capture cards) installed in it

We will respond to your problem as soon as we can. If a programming bug has been found in the software, we shall endeavour to correct the problem and provide a "patch" as quickly as possible.
