Fixes:

  1. Incorrect character set selected when opening certain EBU files

  2. EBU file subtitle row may be set to incorrect height

  3. EBU file comments interpreted as main text

  4. "Fix Invalid Interval" routine may produce unexpected results

  5. Invalid cue check does not find e.g. -1:21:__:00

  6. Spaces at start and end of PAC lines are deleted even if this option is not set

  7. 890 file subtitle row may be set to incorrect height

  8. Italicised subtitles may be cropped when exported as "fit to subtitle" bitmaps

  9. "Delete" button in AutoReplace disabled

  10. Previous subtitle duration displayed incorrectly when spotting in Rehearse mode
